What’s the smallest BBQ event that you will do?
As we offer a variety of different menu options , our minimum guest count per event also differs depending on the menu selected. Regardless of your guest count, each Full Service BBQ event is subject to a $ 1500 minimum food spend. If you have a small group that would be happy just having food delivered hot and ready to eat, consider our Delivery Buffet option.
Our Corporate Catering is for groups of 8 and up!

We perfected Large Event Catering down to an art! Based on the menu chosen and the number of guests attending, we will staff and set up our service stations to feed your guests in a timely manner.
What happens if it rains?
We cook rain or shine. We’ll make sure your guests are well fed, regardless of what mother nature brings.
I am tight on space at my event, what are my options?
We love to cook on-site featuring our mobile trailer BBQs, but also understand that in some cases it is not possible. Please contact us to discuss options for this scenario.

OUR COVID-19 POLICIES:
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Scooter’s Catering has implemented new policies to safeguard our customers and our staff from excessive risk. We continue to work with local health departments and follow country-wide health policies to ensure we are keeping our team and yours safe. Scooters offers individually wrapped menu items as well screened onsite buffet service to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
Scooters Catering Health and Safety Policies:
Scooter’s Catering is meticulous to ensure that guests can access safe and accessible catering for events throughout the pandemic. The following policies have been implemented to prevent the spread of Covid-19 while maintaining the same exceptional food and services. We have provided to guests for the past 25 years!
Strict hand washing protocols are in place for all employees, both at our facility and at the time of onsite arrival. If any staff members are sick or show any symptoms, they will be told to stay home. Scooter’s team has completed the P.O.S.T (People Outside Safely Together) Promise, our commitment to implement and practice these five key steps to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Staff members (kitchen, office, drivers, event staff) are required to wear a face mask while inside, or handling any open food products during the shift. All communal areas at our facility are cleaned and sanitized multiple times a day.
We ask that you encourage guests to maintain physical distancing measures of 6 feet at all times. All guests upon arrival will be required to use hand sanitizer. Hand sanitation stations will be set up for guest use upon arrival to the services table. Please send your guests out in smaller groups to maintain physical distancing requirements. Please encourage your guests to wear masks. It’s important that everyone does their part in combating the spread of COVID-19.
